Properties taken by fraud; gutted; rebuilt on top
of the new water system, which the public does
not know about.
Public records altered to cover up street widening,
changes to property lines, relocation of utility poles,
fire hydrants, etc. As though nothing changed!
Reporting this resulted in name calling, perjury, death
threats and sexual harassment from the City of Fresno.
