From the flagellants of the Middle Ages to the doomsayers of Y2K, humanity has always been prone to good old-fashioned the-end-is-nigh hysteria. The latest cause for concern: that the earth will be destroyed and the galaxy gobbled up by an ever-increasing black hole next week.
On Sept. 10, scientists at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) laboratory in Geneva will switch on the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) — a $6 billion particle accelerator that will send beams of protons careening around a 17-mile underground ring, crash them into one another to re-create the immediate aftereffects of the Big Bang, and then monitor the debris in the hopes of learning more about the origins and workings of the universe. Next week marks a low-power run of the circuit, and scientists hope to start smashing atoms at full power by the end of the month.
Critics of the LHC say the high-energy experiment might create a mini black hole that could expand to dangerous, Earth-eating proportions. On Aug. 26, Otto Rossler, a German chemist at the Eberhard Karis University of Tubingen, filed a lawsuit against CERN with the European Court of Human Rights that argued, with no understatement, that such a scenario would violate the right to life of European citizens and pose a threat to the rule of law. Last March, two American environmentalists filed a lawsuit in Federal District Court in Honolulu seeking to force the U.S. government to withdraw its participation in the experiment. The lawsuits have in turn spawned several websites, chat rooms and petitions — and they have led to alarming headlines around the world (Britain's Sun newspaper on Sept. 1: "End of the World Due in 9 Days").
Should we be scared? No. In June, CERN published a safety report, reviewed by a group of external scientists, ruling out the possibility of dangerous black holes. It said that even if tiny black holes were to be formed at CERN — a big if — they would evaporate almost instantaneously due to Hawking Radiation, a phenomenon named for the British physicist Stephen Hawking, whose theories show that black holes not only swallow up the light, energy and matter around them, but also leak it all back out at an accelerating pace. According to Hawking, if tiny black holes occurred at CERN, they would evaporate before they got a chance to do any damage. (Even if Hawking's theories prove to be wrong — no one has yet witnessed black-hole evaporation — scientists at CERN say the LHC's collisions are already known to be harmless: an equivalent amount of energy is produced hundreds of thousands of times a day by cosmic rays colliding with the earth and other objects in the cosmos — always without incident.)
After taking in the results of CERN's report, the European Court of Human Rights rejected Rossler's request last week for an emergency injunction that would have stopped the LHC (it will still hear his lawsuit). The U.S. suit is pending, but CERN spokesman James Gillies said that even if it is successful, the experiment will go ahead without U.S. participation.
"The U.S. court has no jurisdiction over our equipment. It could pull American scientists out of the experiment, but that would just be a great shame for them. The LHC presents no risk. What it does do is hold the promise of substantially enriching humanity by providing insight into the mysteries of the universe. It's a tremendously exciting time for physicists here and around the world," he said.
Scientists believe the LHC's results will help fill in gaps in the Standard Model, the far-reaching set of equations on the interaction of subatomic particles that is the closest that modern physics comes to a testable "theory of everything." For example, scientists believe the LHC will produce a particle, the Higgs Boson, that will end debate over how matter in the universe acquires mass. It could even provide evidence for more ambitious theories of the universe, such as string theory, which unites quantum mechanics and general relativity, the previously known laws of the small and large that are currently incompatible in the Standard Model.
Despite these exciting prospects, however, physicists studying the cosmos at CERN and other accelerators still face a fundamental dilemma: to explain the awesome scale of their work while calming the public's inevitable trepidation. There remains a credibility gap surrounding high-profile physics, after all: the most tangible results of atomic research in the past 50 years have been bombs capable of ending all life on earth. CERN officials refer to the laboratory as the European Laboratory for Particle Physics because they feel "nuclear" in the literal translation carries negative implications, and tour guides at the LHC are quick to point out that the accelerator has no weapons applications.
But it's not just physicists whose work provokes strong and often irrational fear, according to Robin Williams, director of the Institute for the Study of Science, Technology and Innovation at the University of Edinburgh. He points out that the millennial anxiety about scientific and technological breakthroughs predates particle physics. When the locomotive was first conceived, for example, even some engineers predicted catastrophe resulting from the human body's inability to withstand the strains of high-speed travel. The word vaccine comes from the Latin word for cow, vacca — and the first vaccinations, against smallpox, used bovine ingredients, leading to widespread fear that the injections would turn humans into cows.
But Williams also believes that the flip side of such fear is faith in the redemptive potential of science (there are equally irrational websites about CERN, for example, that predict the LHC will create wormholes to distant corners of the universe, where humanity can escape to other inhabitable planets). Williams wrote in an e-mail: "I have come to see that in their early days, new technology and scientific breakthroughs often serve as Rorschach tests — a phenomenon about which we have little concrete understanding, onto which contemporary social anxieties (and dreams) can readily be projected. As a result we find (often polarized) utopian and dystopian visions being articulated." Humanity will certainly survive the LHC's experiment, Williams added, but so too will its darkest fears about its own destructive potential, and hope for its future.

Vatican tied Mount Graham Observatory launches LUCIFER Telescope
The Vatican Observatory Research Group (VORG) operates the 1.8m Alice P. Lennon Telescope with its Thomas J. Bannan Astrophysics Facility, known together as the Vatican Advanced Technology Telescope (VATT), at the Mount Graham International Observatory (MGIO) in southeastern Arizona where sky conditions are among the best in the world and certainly the Continental United States.
The new instrument on the Large Binocular Telescope is a powerful tool that will gain spectacular insights into the universe — from the Milky Way to extremely distant galaxies.
A new instrument for the world´s largest optical telescope, the Large Binocular Telescope (LBT) on Mount Graham, allows astronomers to observe the faintest and most distant objects in the universe.
The first LUCIFER observations of star-forming regions are giving scientists an idea of the new instrument´s enormous potential. This image depicts a stellar nursery in the Milky Way about 8,000 light-years from Earth. Such clouds are typically opaque to visible light. The LBT partners in the U.S., Germany, and Italy announced April 21 that the first of two new innovative near-infrared cameras/spectrographs for the LBT is now available to astronomers for scientific observations at the telescope on Mount Graham in southeastern Arizona.
After more than a decade of design, manufacturing, and testing, the new instrument, dubbed LUCIFER 1, provides a powerful tool to gain spectacular insights into the universe — from the Milky Way to extremely distant galaxies. An identical twin instrument will be delivered to the telescope in early 2011.
"With the large light-gathering power of the LBT, astronomers are now able to collect the spectral fingerprints of the faintest and most distant objects in the universe," said LBT director Richard Green, a professor of astronomy at the University of Arizona´s Steward Observatory.
LUCIFER 1 and its twin are mounted at the focus points of the LBT´s two giant 27.6-foot-diameter (8.4 meters) telescope mirrors. Each instrument is cooled to -351° Fahrenheit (-213° Celsius) in order to observe in the near-infrared wavelength range. Near-infrared observations are essential for understanding the formation of stars and planets in our galaxy as well as revealing the secrets of the most distant and young galaxies.
LUCIFER´s innovative design allows astronomers to observe star-forming regions in unprecedented detail, which are commonly hidden by dust clouds.
The instrument is remarkably flexible, combining a large field of view with a high resolution. It provides three exchangeable cameras for imaging and spectroscopy in different resolutions, according to observational requirements.
Astronomers use spectroscopy to analyze incoming light and answer questions such as how stars and galaxies formed and what composes them.

National Geographic Contrail LIE to Our Children

It may be the rarest of all rainbows, only appearing when sunlight, cloud or fog, and the observers are all in a line. So to capture the appearance of this Buddha's Halo on film is indeed a near-miracle.

How it works: The phenomenon is formed by the diffuse reflection and diffraction of sunlight irradiating the clouds' surfaces. In other words, it is just a bright rainbow after the rain

The rainbow is a natural phenomenon of atmospheric optics. It is formed by the diffuse reflection and diffraction of sunlight irradiating the surface of the cloud.

The colours of the rainbow can be seen in this halo, but Buddha's Halos can also be white.
The halo, a ring of light surrounding a person, is used in religious iconography to depict the holiness or sacredness of the figure.

It may be the rarest of all rainbows, only appearing when sunlight, cloud or fog, and the observers are all in a line. So to capture the appearance of this Buddha's Halo on film is indeed a near-miracle.

The phenomenon appeared over the Huang Mountain in Huangshan, Anhui province of China after rain today.
Buddha is often depicted with a halo around his head.
The rainbow is a natural phenomenon of atmospheric optics. It is formed by the diffuse reflection and diffraction of sunlight irradiating the surface of the cloud.
That is, it is an extra-bright rainbow after rain.
The colours of the rainbow can be seen in this halo, but Buddha's Halos can also be white.
The halo, a ring of light surrounding a person, is used in religious iconography to depict the holiness or sacredness of the figure.
It is widely used in Buddhism, appearing in relics dating back to the first century.

Von Braun: Illuminati Plan For E.T. Deception

Dr. Wernher von Braun, the head of the Nazi rocket program, was brought to America after the war because our government considered his knowledge and expertise too vital to fall into enemy hands.
Dr. von Braun brought a wealth of information gleaned from other top Nazi scientists like his boss, SS General Hans Kammler. Von Braun was privy to work on anti gravity propulsion vehicles. With access to NASA's secret programs, von Braun apparently began to see the "big picture" regarding the true goals of America's space program and how the military-industrial complex was manipulating it according to a secret, hidden agenda.
Dr. Carol Rosin was an industry executive when she first met Dr. Wernher von Braun in February 1974. At this time, before his death in 1977, von Braun confided to Dr. Rosin NASA's hidden agenda.
Inviting her into his office, Von Braun stunned Dr. Rosin by explaining that it was all leading to planetary control under an oppressive One World Government.

According to von Braun, space based weapons, later known as the "Star Wars" program, were to be promoted as a "shield" against the Russians. Then, as a defense against 'rogue' nations. Then, as protection against asteroids and meteors. Finally they would be presented as a safeguard against an extraterrestrial threat.
According to von Braun, all of these rationales would be lies. These space based weapons would be useless against nuclear suitcase bombs available even in 1974, as well as chemical, viral, bacterial and biological terror weapons.
More importantly, von Braun told Rosin that we already had the technology to build anti gravity vehicles and entire transportation systems which did not require so-called 'fossil' fuels. Instead, they used "beams" of energy, eliminating all pollution.
IMPLICATIONS
If space-based weapons technologies are not being developed to protect the U.S. and its allies, why are they being developed? Could resistors, whether nation-states or isolated groups opposed to the coming New World Order, be singled out and eliminated?
Another possibility is that such space-based weapons will be part of the "smoke and mirrors" light show designed for use in "Project Blue Beam" with its false, projected presentation of an alien invasion.
According to Dr. Steven Greer, the head of the "Disclosure Project," "the prospect that a shadowy, para-governmental and transnational entity exists that has kept UFO's secret -- and is planning a deception that will dwarf the events of 9/11." This is a scenario that more people within the depths of our government have begun to reveal.
Dr. Greer writes: "Since 1992 I have seen this script unveiled to me by at least a dozen well-placed insiders. Of course, initially I laughed, thinking this just too absurd and far-fetched and yet others told me explicitly that things that looked like UFOs, but that are built and under the control of deeply secretive ´black´ projects, were being used to simulate - hoax - ET-appearing events, including some abductions and cattle mutilations, to sow the early seeds of cultural fear regarding life in outer space. Greer claims that Hollywood movies have been deliberately implanting a fear of ET's: "this mental conditioning to fear ET has been subtly reinforced for decades, in preparation for future deceptions...The Plan is to eventually create a new, sustainable, off-planet enemy."
SPACE FLEET EXISTS?
The possibility of an "off planet" space fleet was given even more credence recently when a young Scottish hacker by the name of Gary McKinnon recently broke into the Pentagon's computers and reputedly came up the names of some of our "off-world" U.S. space fleet (identified under the abbreviation: USSS), two specific space ships, (the USSS LeMay and the USSS Hillenkoetter), and the names of the various crews, their ranks, and transfer assignments between various "off Earth" space ships.
This computer security breach so enraged the brass at the Pentagon that the U.S. Government is currently seeking to extradite McKinnon from the U.K. to face charges of computer hacking with a punishment of LIFE IN PRISON! Certainly this is one way to permanently silence an embarrassing discoverer of forbidden information.
CONCLUSION
Now that we know Illuminati plans, we can prepare for the greatest deception in human history by warning others, and deciding how we might deal with a hoaxed space-alien invasion scenario.

Carol Rosin is a front person for the 'Disclosure Project'. That's a convoluted psyop to foster public belief in benevolent aliens, UFO's, and the myth that the government is witholding alien technology which will solve all our problems and make our wildest dreams come true.
The hook is the von Braun story and the notion that the gov't. will stage a fake UFO invasion. It's a back handed way to keep the myth of UFO's going.
The real plan is staging the arrival of benevolent aliens. For that to work, they have to have people believing there are aliens, UFO's, and that the 'old' government (bad white men) were withholding alien (read 'green') technology.
It's just another vector of the 2012 'alien liberation'/'rapture'/Lord Maitrya' setup. The Disclosure Project is as phony as NSA General Stubblevine's 'Natural Health Foundation'.
