Following an "unsolved" murder and suspected homicides of my family and neighbors, the City of Fresno, CA paid their risk analyst to lie / set up remaining property owners to be eliminated so the city's water system could be secretly replaced without leaving witnesses or complaints.
More death. Burglary. Fraudulent and forged legal documents. Fraudulent life insurance policy (appointing the ringleader, Swieso, "beneficiary.) Properties rebuilt on top of new water system. Parcel maps altered in escrow to reflect new property lines. Re-sold by more fraud with fraudulent information on deeds.
My survival was not expected or wanted. Therefore, pleas for help from the Mayor resulted in having a Restraining Order issued against me. Not only calling me a "liar" but turning the tables and deeming ME a "danger" to the City of Fresno! Death threats followed.
The R.O. prohibits me from contacting anyone at the City of Fresno other than Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst who committed perjury to keep all of this covered up. I am not even allowed to report the initial risk analyst as a "danger to the public."

Innocent people are being annihilated in order to carry out the secret water diversion for upcoming development of casinos. 50 yrs behind this operation - secretly rebuilding cities on top of a new water system. (More on my page Click: Marla) While the public is told of a "water shortage", they are being laughed at for being too "oblivious" to ever figure it out.
I cannot get beyond Alan Autry's mob. Left unemployable, stripped of everything I owned, home left a shambles, insurance sabotaged, isolated and prohibited from help. $350 TeleTap indicates phones still tapped; $900 r.f. (radio frequency) detector indicates *devices* throughout my home. Computer hacked. Followed. Please help by contacting any / all of the agencies below.
