I am a Biblical Truthseeker, I researched for more than 2 years to find out the truth, and God. I woke up to my past life as Mary Ruth in the spring of 2007, I had dreams of his crucifiction, as i was present at the cross, when he was crucified.
I had an aura show up on my cross, on my living room wall. I saw a Devil's aparition, which threatened to "clean my plate", meaning wipe me out financially.
This same figure came into the George Webb restaurant I was in @ 0130 AM, his walking in was preceded by the song on the speakers "Very superstitiuos the Devil's on his way" by Stevie Wonder.
The Devil's apparition had an abnormal looking face, pale waxen and sweaty, he had a inverted pentagram on his hand, an inverted pentagram necklace on. I asked him where he was from, he said he was from under the bridge, that he was hungry. The guy I was with, who is the Apostle "Timothy" reincarnated detected he was a Demon. The apparition, wanted also to touch me, he was hungry, so I let him finish the food and drink I had not finished.
"Timothy" wouldn't let him touch me.
So when we stepped away from the table, this Demon wolfed down my food and soda and stated "I'm going to clean your plate". The night manager called 911, as the Demon looked abnormal, but as we were walking up to the front register to pay the check,the Demon walked to the front door, walked through the threshold of the door, and literally vanished, in thin air, there were plate glass windows and a full lenght glass door.
I also had a white peace dove fly in front of my car to keep me from getting into a car accident.
I used the St. Michael Prayer card to help me in the first few months until my Holy Spirit got fully reved up. I am a healer, and have many important dreams, the Angels are around me to protect me, I am immortal, I am an elect of the 144,000 Saints spoken of in Revelations.
Look @ the Brian's videos, and the one entitled 12/21/2012. After i found him in June 2008, he read me in the stars, and knew that I was Mary Ruth, and that "Timothy" was Timothy the Apostle. In the Christ timeline, I was an Essene Jew from the Tribe of Judah. I lived a perfect life, remained pure, I was single, never had sex, or children, I taught the WAY, as Jesus, my brother did.
He chose me to come back to help gather the Lost Tribes of Israel, and gather the 144,000 Saints. It is also my responsibility to turn the United States around from Sodom and Gomorrah, get this country to change it's ways.
Jesus came to Earth in the Christ timeline to Teach the WAY, how to live our lives according to his (YHWH's) commandments, there simple, love yourself, love others, and thou shalt not kill are the principle ones that keep Humanity @ peace, and having compassion/caring for each other.
The Darkside knows who I am, and when I first woke up they would bother me with cellphone calls. These calls "Timothy" had a premonition about, they would sound like a "Devil's Whisper", both Timothy and myself got 3 each of these calls. These calls when taken come accross as 000-0000, or unknown caller, when taken they leave pain over your ear, and lower mid forehead.
The calls are done by the NSA, they were trying to burn out the Pineal Gland, which is where your ability to connect with the Angels/Heavens, your arua demonstrates your life energy/Holy Spirit if you are following the right path, your soul is in your blood. YHWH/Jesus confimed my identity in the Stars, I have a special name, I was born on a certain date/time/location.

In the June 21st edition of Time Magazine, the cover story is entitled, "Faith, God and the Oval Office", in which George W. Bush's religious beliefs are contrasted with those of John Kerry. In the same edition, there is an article entitled, "Redefining Torture", in which the origins of the use of torture by our government are traced to the highest levels of Bush's administration. Who would Jesus torture? Apparently, Time Magazine has no sense of irony.
Around 900 US troops have been killed in Iraq. Thousands more are casualties, many missing limbs. Around 12,000 innocent Iraqi civilians are dead. An unknown number of Iraqi conscripts and soldiers died. The "Coalition of the Willing" has sustained death and casualties. Our "Shock and Awe" blitzkrieg has devastated the already damaged infrastructure including plumbing and sewage, insuring that tens, if not hundreds of thousands, more civilians will die of sickness and disease. Our use of the radioactive and toxic depleted uranium munitions will no doubt cause cancer and birth defects among Iraqis and US vets for generations to come.
Meanwhile, the 9/11 Commission has declared that Saddam did not have WMD, he was not linked to Osama or al-Qaeda, he was not behind the World Trade Center attacks and his decimated army posed no imminent threat to the US. Oops!
If you kill one innocent human being it is murder. If you slaughter thousands, it is "regime change."
Accounts of Saddam's ability to attack us with WMD were lies. Shipments of Niger uranium to Iraq were lies. Claims that aluminum tubes were for centrifuges were lies. Stories of drones that could attack the US with chemical and biological weapons were lies. Assertions that Saddam had mobile trucks with WMD were lies. Who would Jesus lie to?
Bush better hope that there is no heaven, no hell and no judgment day.
Ron Reagan Jr. recently commented that while his father believed in God, he didn't wear his religion on his sleeve. While he did not mention Bush by name, most observers assumed that he was talking about the man selected by the Supreme Court to be our president. Bush often uses code words familiar to his critical evangelical base that fly under the radar of mainstream, moderate Christians. Still, it does not seem to be too cynical to believe that Bush's supposed religion is simply a ploy to gain votes from the rubes among fundamentalist Christians. Or if he is a religious man, few genuine Christians would believe that his God was the one they pray to.
What would St. Peter have to say to George Bush once he stands before the Pearly Gates of heaven on judgment day? Has he been a good Christian? Has he led a pious life according to the teachings of Jesus?
In the world of Roy Moore, it is more important for Christians to display their faith by placing a huge granite rock with the Ten Commandments inscribed on it in a court room rather than to follow those tenets of Christianity. For the Bush family, patriotism is displayed by appearing before huge American flags and wrapping themselves in red-white-and-blue bunting even as they chip away at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Symbols trump substance any day for these Christians and patriots.
According to childhood friends, Bush used to blow up frogs with firecrackers and shoot them with BB guns. As several therapists have pointed out, this cruelty to animals is a trait he shares with many serial killers.
Bush was embroiled in a scandal at Yale when it was discovered that he branded pledges at his fraternity with red-hot wires.
A drunken George W. Bush once challenged his own father to a fight, "mano a mano."
Several therapists have commented about Bush's sadistic tendencies and his lack of empathy. A recent book, "Bush on the Couch; Inside the Mind of the President," written by the respected Justin A. Frank M.D., is one of many attempts to describe Bush's inherent cruelty. The book points out how comfortable Bush is being outside the law, whether it is his two arrests at Yale, his DUI, his apparent AWOL status in the Texas National Guard, alleged insider trading, possible perjury or his reported drug abuse.
Polls report that many of those in the Red States believe that Bush is "likable" and the candidate they would most like to have a beer with. This about a man who mocks and ridicules those with whom he disagrees. A reporter who asks a foreign politician a question in French was derided as being an "internationalist." A citizen who expressed his displeasure with Bush's policies was told, "Who cares what you think?" He makes fun of bald journalists. He has cruel nicknames for aides. He calls Karl Rove, "Turd Blossom."
During his father's presidential campaign. Dubya served as the "loyalty enforcer", the heavy who was brought in to fire or chastise disloyal campaign aides. He once yelled drunken obscenities at reporter Al Hunt in front of his wife and young child for an innocuous statement that he had written about his father. Unaware that his microphone was on, he called a New York Times reporter an asshole. According to White House insiders, his conversations are laced with profanity.
Dick Cheney recently told a respected senator who is critical of his war profiteering to go "fuck yourself." Bush failed to admonish his vice president. Is this a Christian sentiment? Who would Jesus curse?
As governor of Texas, Bush presided over a record number of executions including the mentally ill and juveniles. He mocked born-again Christian Karla Faye Tucker's plea for clemency, "Please don't kill me, Mr. Bush." Many of those sentenced to die had incompetent attorneys, including one who slept through parts of the trial. Bush's legal counsel omitted mitigating circumstances about many of the defendants. Bush reportedly only gave a cursory review of the defendant's legal background.
During the debates with Al Gore, Bush smirked when he mentioned the pending execution of neo-nazis who dragged a black man to his death, even as he spurned the dead man's family who begged the governor to back hate-crime legislation. What part of "Thou Shall Not Kill" doesn't this man understand? What of "vengeance is mine, sayeth the Lord"? What of "judge not, least ye be judged"? Are there loop holes and exceptions to the teachings of Christ or the Bible, as there apparently are in US and international law when it comes to torturing detainees?
As a failed business man in the Texas oil business, Bush apparently unloaded around $850,000 in stock before it crashed -- A far greater amount than what Martha Stewart realized in her insider trading scam. Bush was never exonerated, although Bush Senior's cronies at the head of the SEC dropped the investigation. "Thou Shall Not Steal?"
As governor, Bush steered much of the University of Texas's investments to his cronies. He may well have perjured himself in a Texas funeral home scandal. The Texas Ranger's stadium was paid for by taxpayers, although Bush and his cronies realized a huge profit at their expense. They even created a quasi-governmental agency to condemn the soon-to-be valuable private property around the ball field in order to buy the land at fire-sale prices.
As president, his administration has awarded no-bid, cost-plus multi-billion dollar contracts to his campaign contributors. His father has profited from his son's wars as a consultant to Carlyle. Dick Cheney's stock in Halliburton increases in value as the company gouges US taxpayers with inflated invoices and phantom services.
The vice president is being investigated by the SEC. He may be indicted for a felony concerning bribes by Halliburton to corrupt Nigerian officials. Bush's good friend and campaign contributor, "Kenny Boy" Lay has finally made to perp walk. His company defrauded California and his employees lost their careers along with their life savings. The "Golden Rule?" He who has the gold, rules.
Around $20 billion dollars from the sale of Iraqi oil has gone missing. Oil pumped from the Iraqi wells is unmetered. Money allocated for Iraq by the US government is similarly unaccounted for with little oversight.
Are we sure that this war wasn't about oil as ten million protesters alleged before the bombing of Baghdad began? What of the proverb that "it is harder for a rich man to enter heaven than for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle?" Bush's tax cuts mostly benefit the richest one per cent of US citizens as the deficit soars to record heights and social programs are gutted. This is compassionate conservative?
What mountain would Jesus strip mine? This administration is giving away America's resources to his wealthy contributors as they despoil the land and strip the forests. The extraction industries dump toxins and pollutants into our water. Mercury from coal mines renders seafood dangerous for pregnant women's unborn children. Death and illnesses are directly linked to pollution. Under Governor Bush, Houston overtook Los Angeles as the country's most polluted city.
This administration is the most vengeful in US history, as Richard Clark, Paul O'Neil and Joe Wilson, among many others, have discovered. Turn the other cheek? If you do, this administration will punch you on the other side of your head.
Cheney voted against sanctions against the apartheid regime of South Africa. He opposed efforts to free Nelson Mandela. What race would Jesus hate?
Bush seems to also harbor racist tendencies. He recently refused to address the NAACP. He opposes affirmative action. He reportedly collaborated with Lee Atwater on the racist Willie Horton ads. Rove's minions circulated rumors that John McCain fathered an illegitimate black child. Jeb Bush disenfranchised thousands of black voters, most of whom would have supported Al Gore. Asked by a black woman what he would do for blacks if he became governor of Florida, Jeb Bush replied, "Probably nothing." Who would Jesus hate?
John Ashcroft, the attorney general whose department approved the use of torture, is affiliated with neo-confederate, racist groups like the Southern Partisan and the Council of Conservative Citizens, the uptown Ku Klux Klan.
Ashcroft is one of the NRA's strongest supporters. What about beating swords into plowshares? Who would Jesus shoot? What heat would Christ pack?
Both Cheney and Bush fought to pass a constitutional amendment forbidding gay marriages, even though Cheney's daughter is a lesbian. What group of citizens would Jesus hate?
Some of the more strident evangelicals believe that adulterers should be stoned and that gays should be executed. They are in favor of the death penalty. As for those innocent death row inmates, they actually believe God will sort it all out in the next world. It is doubtful that any of these "Christians" would even recognize Jesus if he returned to earth, especially if he came back as a black, gay or an Iraqi.
America's Best Christian (with apologies to the devout Christian Betty Bowers), John Ashcroft, also presided over many executions while in office in Missouri. Who would Jesus electrocute? It would appear that his illegal campaign contributions amount to stealing.
His Justice Department says that torture stops just short of organ failure. What "stress positions" would Jesus advocate? Would he "water board" detainees until they thought they were about to drown? Would he specifically approve the use of dogs to intimidate prisoners as Rumsfeld did? Would he sexually humiliate them, leading them naked on a leash? Would he force them to masturbate and simulate sexual acts with one another as he video taped the proceedings? Ashcroft's god is not one most Christians would recognize from the Bible.
Bush has called our war in the Middle East a crusade. General Boykin, who believes God placed Bush in the White House, not the Supreme Court, says this his God is the real God, not the one worshipped by Muslims. His God helped him kill the infidels. Who would Jesus crusade against?
It certainly is remarkable that such an insipid, callow, little man like George W. Bush, who has slaughtered thousands of innocent civilians as surely as if he pulled the trigger himself, can be described as deeply religious by one of America's most mainstream magazines with no sense of irony. American lemmings are now so brain washed that they believe this war criminal is a man of God. It would seem that the God he worships is really the Viking god of war, Thor, with his thunder of ongoing, preemptive "Shock and Awe" extending as far as the eye can see into our future.
Heaven save us from these Christians.

What Myspace means to Murdoch

Just three months ago, news magnate Rupert Murdoch made an unusual admission.
He had realised, he told a high-powered audience at the American Society of Newspaper Editors in Washington DC, that he had got something rather important rather wrong.
News Corporation, the global media group he controls, had failed properly to engage with the online world - and risked losing its hard-won position in news as a result.
As a "digital immigrant" - as he described himself - he acknowledged he found it difficult to visualise how News Corp should change its ways. But he had no doubt that radical change was coming, and that it was inevitable.
Commentators took the unusual "mea culpa" as a sign that News Corp was gearing up for a wholesale revamp of its approach to the internet.
On 19 July, what appears to be the first really substantive part of the new strategy swung into action: the purchase, for $580m, of the firm behind the wildly popular Myspace. com online community.
Deja vu?
Cynics may charge that Mr Murdoch has been here before.
In 1999, another keynote speech laid out lofty ambitions for News Corp online - only for several well-financed operations to close down within months of their launch.

Before that came failed initiatives such as Delphi Internet in the mid-1990s, an online service which mingled News Corp's UK content with US material and failed to capture anyone's imagination, and an abortive internet service provider experiment called LineOne.
Everyone's an editor
Even so, buying Intermix - and thus Myspace - seems to match the requirements Mr Murdoch laid down in his 13 April speech.
The central message was that the days of newspapers editing content into a one-size-fits-all package to be consumed without question by the reader were numbered.
Young people "don't want to rely on a God-like figure from above to tell them what's important," Mr Murdoch said.
"And to carry the religion analogy a bit further, they certainly don't want news presented as gospel.
"Instead, they want their news on demand, when it works for them. They want control over their media, instead of being controlled by it. They want to question, to probe, to offer a different angle."
Myspace fits neatly into that definition. It is a network of pages - most set up by individuals, some by musicians and other creative types - each mixing self-generated text and pictures, links to other content elsewhere, and streamed music and video to create networks of friends and contacts.
The result is a densely interwoven community, which its adherents - 14 million a month, by some measures - say is highly addictive.
Not that different, in fact, from Mr Murdoch's description of a world where users act as their own editors, choosing their own news and content from the huge range of possibilities available online.
Of course, every page of Myspace content contains adverts - and Mr Murdoch left his listeners in no doubt that their books would bleed red ink unless they found ways of exploiting the boom in online advertising.
Backing brands
What remains unclear is where the other part of Mr Murdoch's vision fits in.
Later in his speech, he talked of the importance of brands - the heart, after all, of the News Corp empire.
Despite the doomsaying, newspaper journalists and editors were perfectly positioned to keep supplying the core content on which the communications communities would be built, he said.
"We have the experience, the brands, the resources, and the know-how to get it done. We have unique content to differentiate ourselves in a world where news is becoming increasingly commoditized."
That may prove challenging - after all, suspicion of existing media outlets is rife in weblogs and other chatty outposts of the web.
Then again, earlier in July News Corp announced the launch of Fox Interactive Media, a hub for Fox news, sport and entertainment in the US.
Myspace, News Corp says, could drive traffic to Fox Interactive Media.
And most importantly, Myspace has detailed logs of its users' preferences, online behaviour and personal information.
That could help the company tailor what it does to the ever-more-discerning market which Mr Murdoch believes he has identified.

Well, this is a really interesting blog. Firstly, if the content of the myspace page is about Barack Obama, then it belongs to him, regardles of who created it. It would be quite nice if indeed they compensated the creator of the page, but then I digress.
Myspace is owned ironically by the same man who owns FOX news, Rupert Murdock, who is well in my opinion a %$#^&^ rich mofo a#@$ hole — no I was not censored, I actually typed that.

In case you don’t know, Rupert Murdoch, who owns Fox News and a lot of other media outlets that routinely lie to us, purchased myspace in 2005.

Jones tells us that Murdoch has thousands of people censoring information on myspace. Jones announces that he is going to prove it by starting his own page at myspace. He proudly announces, “the war is on”.
Jones also mentions that “they” are planning to shut down the Internet and force us on an “Internet 2”.

Young people "don't want to rely on a God-like figure from above to tell them what's important," Mr Murdoch said.
"And to carry the religion analogy a bit further, they certainly don't want news presented as gospel.
"Instead, they want their news on demand, when it works for them. They want control over their media, instead of being controlled by it. They want to question, to probe, to offer a different angle."
Myspace fits neatly into that definition. It is a network of pages - most set up by individuals, some by musicians and other creative types - each mixing self-generated text and pictures, links to other content elsewhere, and streamed music and video to create networks of friends and contacts.
The result is a densely interwoven community, which its adherents - 14 million a month, by some measures - say is highly addictive.
Not that different, in fact, from Mr Murdoch's description of a world where users act as their own editors, choosing their own news and content from the huge range of possibilities available online.
Of course, every page of Myspace content contains adverts - and Mr Murdoch left his listeners in no doubt that their books would bleed red ink unless they found ways of exploiting the boom in online advertising.
Backing brands
What remains unclear is where the other part of Mr Murdoch's vision fits in.
Later in his speech, he talked of the importance of brands - the heart, after all, of the News Corp empire.
Despite the doomsaying, newspaper journalists and editors were perfectly positioned to keep supplying the core content on which the communications communities would be built, he said.
"We have the experience, the brands, the resources, and the know-how to get it done. We have unique content to differentiate ourselves in a world where news is becoming increasingly commoditized."
That may prove challenging - after all, suspicion of existing media outlets is rife in weblogs and other chatty outposts of the web.
Then again, earlier in July News Corp announced the launch of Fox Interactive Media, a hub for Fox news, sport and entertainment in the US.
Myspace, News Corp says, could drive traffic to Fox Interactive Media.
And most importantly, Myspace has detailed logs of its users' preferences, online behaviour and personal information.
That could help the company tailor what it does to the ever-more-discerning market which Mr Murdoch believes he has identified.

Well, this is a really interesting blog. Firstly, if the content of the myspace page is about Barack Obama, then it belongs to him, regardles of who created it. It would be quite nice if indeed they compensated the creator of the page, but then I digress.

A few weeks ago my brother and I spoke on the phone, he had moved from where he was living with his daughter to take up residence on a farm north of Melbourne. He has a job feeding the sheep daily which takes an hour and a half and for his wages he gets a house rent free.Some days later my niece told me my father was in Melbourne down from Sydney, staying on the farm with my brother.
I called and made arrangements to visit the following day. I have several gps units and as they are subject to God altering them at will, proven by the gps my mate Grant had with him when he went to Ayres Rock, which had revealed to me details that proved absolutely God did it, I knew that the same would be the case when I went to the farm.I took along a Garmin voice prompt gps and a Magellan hand held like the one Grant had with him at Ayres Rock.
When I returned the Magellan, which has the detailed maps, was downloaded to the computer, giving me the coordinates. The farm is located dead centre of the land mass of Victoria, a line directly south to the South Pole passes through the most northern bay centre of Port Phillip Bay. The bay is a hook shape and where the line exists the most southerly point of the land mass, being the most southerly point of Australia mainland, that point is 88.8 miles from my Nell Street home situated on a line around the earth 31,690 kilometers perimeter.
The home on Nell Street to the home where I was born in Sydney on Rothschild Avenue Rosebery, back to the Farm and down back to Nell Street is 888 miles.The farm house to the South Pole is 3168 nautical miles. The farm is 700 acres. The distance to the farm house from Nell street is royalty and king and to take dominion.The following day I again downloaded the tracks from the gps and like Ayres Rock, the tracking lines had altered, it drew out a large M shape, plotting the speed along these legs gave a speed of 698 kph.
This number is I AM total in the KJV and is Marshall in Greek.
There is much more to say on this but requires detailed maps drawn which I am working on, but it would appear that Australia was the first continent created as geologists confirm it is, while it is the last settled. This is why New Zealand is 888 miles log, it points to the Australian continent as being laid out as a bible in land mass therefore I have been pondering where I would be led to establish the Kingdom, and the South Land of the Holy Spirit.
This could potentially be the location, or another learning curve as to how to read the signs so I will be able to correctly interpret nature overall.Needless to say it is very interesting.

an update:-I took three gps units away with me yesterday, the Garmin Street Pilot voice prompt, the second was a Magellan Meridian color with street maps and the third was a Magellan Platinum Meridian.The colour unit was downloaded yesterday as was the Platinum, the tracking stopped at the farm, even though I had switched the Platinum off at the farm when I got there and left it off when I left, it recorded a trip in seconds of 5547.67 seconds.5547 is Christ.The colour unit was not switched off and yet when I arrived home it had switched itself off at the gate as I left the farm.
All these odd happenings are out of the normal operating procedures for the gps used. I conclude that the almighty is altering the information as a means of communication I understand, a language that uses coincidence, time, location, pointing to the preordained creation of the Earth in structure and form, opened by the Great Pyramid as the altar to the Lord.

I am writing you an extensive letter on the anointing and capstone, as the numbers are lined up with Nell Street perfectly. If we scribe and arc from this house, it reveals confirmation to such a degree its hard to get ones mind around it.
I am attempting to explain the 'language' of God and how we can 'remember' it from being with God before creation, and as such I feel that once I crack it I can teach you how to follow the logic and to some degree uncover the message pertinent to you and generally understand why my position is necessary being a genetic time bomb so to speak.
The royal blood seem a fascination to the medics here, I have had bone marrow taken and independently contacted by the Garvan Institute for genetic studies who are the world leaders in DNA researchers located in Sydney. They want to do a study on me.

an update:-I took three gps units away with me yesterday, the Garmin Street Pilot voice prompt, the second was a Magellan Meridian color with street maps and the third was a Magellan Platinum Meridian.The colour unit was downloaded yesterday as was the Platinum, the tracking stopped at the farm, even though I had switched the Platinum off at the farm when I got there and left it off when I left, it recorded a trip in seconds of 5547.67 seconds.5547 is Christ.The colour unit was not switched off and yet when I arrived home it had switched itself off at the gate as I left the farm.
All these odd happenings are out of the normal operating procedures for the gps used. I conclude that the almighty is altering the information as a means of communication I understand, a language that uses coincidence, time, location, pointing to the preordained creation of the Earth in structure and form, opened by the Great Pyramid as the altar to the Lord.

I am writing you an extensive letter on the anointing and capstone, as the numbers are lined up with Nell Street perfectly. If we scribe and arc from this house, it reveals confirmation to such a degree its hard to get ones mind around it.
I am attempting to explain the 'language' of God and how we can 'remember' it from being with God before creation, and as such I feel that once I crack it I can teach you how to follow the logic and to some degree uncover the message pertinent to you and generally understand why my position is necessary being a genetic time bomb so to speak.
The royal blood seem a fascination to the medics here, I have had bone marrow taken and independently contacted by the Garvan Institute for genetic studies who are the world leaders in DNA researchers located in Sydney. They want to do a study on me.
My feeling on this matter is why not? Dealing with people of high IQ may open up their eyes to our reality. As for the farm, it appears this will play a part in the establishing of the Holy City that must spread over the entire world from here. You may well be coming here soon for a visit.

$545,000,000 shall be used as an additional amount to carry out chronic disease, health promotion, and genomics programsWhat's interesting about this last quote is that it essentially says this half a billion dollars should be used to carry out three things:
1) Chronic disease programs
2) Health promotion
3) Genomics programs
I don't have a problem with the second point. "Health promotion" sounds good (unless it's nothing more than mammograms and mental health screening programs designed to sell more chemotherapy and psych drugs). But what, exactly, is meant by the phrase "...to carry out chronic disease"?
And what is meant by "genomics programs"? Are we talking about government-funded genetic experimentation on human babies, perhaps? It wouldn't be the first time.

The Obama administration is putting a lot of pressure on Congress to slam through the most recent stimulus package before anyone has an opportunity to read it.
The Obama administration intones that the details are unimportant. The only thing that matters is the "bigness." And, by shipping a bill of nearly $800 billion (plus interest) to our children and grandchildren, the package is really, really big -- bigger, in fact, than the budget of our entire government for the first 170 years of our country's existence.
But now that some of the details are finally starting to leak out of Washington, Gun Owners -- and a lot of other analysts -- are beginning to look at the fine print. And some of it is particularly scary.
Of particular concern to gun owners are sections 13101 through 13434 of HR 1, which would set up the infrastructure to computerize the medical records of ALL AMERICANS in a government-coordinated database.
True, the bill doesn't mandate that the data will be in a giant computer under the Oval Office. But it does mandate that your medical records be reduced to a computerized form which is available to it in a second.
This it would do by establishing a National Coordinator for Health Information Technology -- tasked with, among other things, "providing information to help guide medical decisions at the time and place of care.
"It should be scary enough that a government bureaucrat is directed by statute to try to influence your doctor's decisions with respect to your medical care.
But of even greater concern to gun owners is the fact that a government-coordinated database (which government can freely access) will now contain all records of government-provided and private psychiatric treatment -- including, in particular, the drugs which were prescribed.
Remember last year's "NICS Improvement Act" -- otherwise known as the Veterans Disarmament Act?
This law codified ATF's attempts to make you a prohibited person on the basis of a government psychiatrist's finding that you are a "danger" -- without a finding by any court.
Well, roughly 150,000 battle-scarred veterans have already been unfairly stripped of their gun rights by the government.
But people who, as kids, were diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder... or seniors with Alzheimer's... or police with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder... or people who are now theoretically covered by the new law... these people have, generally, not suffered the consequences of its sanctions -- YET.
And the chief reason is that their records arenot easily available to the government in a central, easily retrievable, computerized form.The bailout bill would change all of that. It would push increasingly hard to force your private psychiatrist or government-sanctioned psychiatrist to turn over your psychiatric records to a massive database.
This would be mandated immediately if your doctor does business with the government.This would supposedly save Medicare money in connection with medical treatment. And, the sponsors insist, they would work very hard to protect your privacy.
But this turns the concept of "privacy" on its head. The privacy which is MOST important is privacy from the prying eyes of government -- not privacy of government data against the prying eyes of others. After all, many government data bases have been hacked in recent years, with mountains of information stolen.
So, once the government has access to these computerized psychiatric records, the stage will be set for using that database to take away the gun rights of those with Alzheimer's, those with ADD, and those with PTSD.
ACTION: Write your two senators. Urge them to vote against the bailout bill (HR 1) until it is stripped of provisions which would turn your psychiatric records over to a central government-coordinated database against your will -- without you getting your day in court.

Sen. Susan Collins, the Maine GOP dealmaker who's been in the limelight this week for helping to pass a watered down stimulus, has been talking a good game about the need to avoid wasting taxpayer money.
But it looks like Collins also worked today to strip from the final bill a measure that's crucial to exposing that waste.Here's what happened:
The House stimulus bill contained a provision designed to protect federal whistleblowers.
Currently, those protections are shockingly weak. According to the Project On Government Oversight, whistleblowers who are fired or demoted can file a complaint with a government board -- but over the last eight years, that board has ruled in favor of whistleblowers only twice in 55 cases.
More to the point, the protections were designed to encourage federal workers to point out cases where taxpayer money is subject to waste, fraud, or abuse --
a legitimate concern when Congress spends $800 billion, and one that centrists and Republicans have been particularly exercised about.
Yesterday, 20 members of the House, from both parties, yesterday sent a letter to House negotiators urging them to ensure that the protections remained.But, according to a person following the bill closely, Collins used today's conference committee to drastically water down the measure, citing national security concerns as the reason for her opposition.
In the end, the protections were so weakened that House negotiators balked, and the result was that the entire amendment was removed.
According to the person following the bill, Collins was the "central roadblock" to passing the protections.
But wait, here's the good part!
So when, in the coming months, conservatives start jumping up and down over the fact that money from the stimulus bill is being wasted, as they surely will, it's worth remembering that a key measure designed to help expose that waste was removed from taken out of the bill -- and by a senator said to be a champion of fiscal discipline.
